More About Me

I have spent most of my life in competitive sports as an athlete, and have had the chance to work with several different Massage therapists and physical trainers. As a practice body, I am very good with feedback, and can offer good tips for helping provide maximum relief and relaxation with your massage techniques. As well I am always curious to experiencing and experimenting new massage techniques if you are looking for a willing guinea pig. As a Masseur, I am self taught, and just generally enjoy working on a person, and helping build a better massage technique base. I have developed my technique through study of the human muscular system, and through observation during massages done on me. Due to my many years in sport, I am able to really provide a good deep massage if necessary, and a background of over 20 years of gymnastics, provides me with a great knowledge base for deep partner stretches as well.
