if i have to use one word to define the treatment i received from 'tlcinstitute', i will choose DEEP. His initial diagnose was as marvelous as the rest of the treatment. His institute, treatment room & selection of oils was all 2nd to none. It took a while to arrange a swap but he was very welcoming to accommodate a swap at a very short notice. He belongs to the group of those therapists who are very supportive & welcoming to the new ones like me in this field. It was my first experience to receive 'Myofascial' work & i am quite pleased. I exchanged with ibdi recently and enjoyed the experience of a relative novice however, with a keen sense of awareness and more importantly, open to inspiration and advice.
Novices like Abdi, i say this not with malice but hindsight, need all the support and encouragement the more experienced members within our field can offer and share.
ibdi is a keen chirpy enthusiastic chappie delving into the rhlms of body work and keen to learn new techniques.

I had the fantastic opportunity to do a massage exchange with Andy last Sunday. He was truly amazing with his hands using the perfect amount of pressure leaving me totally relaxed. cairsaway was very professional and made me very comfortable with plenty of towels. He uses a combination of techniques which give a feeling of deep relaxation and sense of wellbeing.

Sadly I think he will start charging soon as he really is so good.

BASXUK is a warm, frindly and laid back guy, he picked me up from the station. I was offered refreshments over a conversation before hand. Therfore i felt confortable. I had access to a shower before hand. as for the massage it was truly amazing the amount of presure was good, a comination of light relaxing stroks which did exactly that. As well as concerntrating on tention areas that needed a more heavy and firm approah. the use of gental streaching was also incorporated within the massage, quality time was taken thoughout and i was not hurried at all. ps the conversations was also gra8 i think i would definatly like to c him again one of the best massages i have had thanks Andy

The exchange was thorough, focused and consistent with frequent prompts ensuring i was comfortable and the areas being treating alongside the pressure were acceptable.

Today's exchange with tlcinstitute was the best todate. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in respect of anatomy/physiology and techniquely he was superb. He discovered problematic areas very quickly and gently worked on these using mostly deep tissue work. Throughout the massage there were no jerky movements. Thorough and complete with each movement. Although I am in a little pain now, I am sure tomorrow I will feel totally light and painless. He was willing to share his knowledge and was very patient and calm. I look forward to another exchange soon. He has a very professional set up and would strongly recommend him to anyone who are willing to learn and enjoy a great massage.

I recently had an exchange with kcontessa. He obviously has a lot of experience is several modalities, and used forearms and elbows to great effect, as well as his hands. He is very adaptable and will happily get up onto the table if it gives him a better angle or more weight for a particular muscle group. It is always good to learn new styles of bodywork, and a pleasure to be on the receiving end of them! I would heartily recommend kcontessa for anyone wanting a good, thorough and inventive massage.

I had met Henry before, but this was my first swap with him. He is an extremely welcoming host, and even picked me up from the station. The room with the massage table was comfortable and spacious, so I felt at home and not in a sterile clinic environment. Henry is a well practiced and knowledgable masseur who is more than happy to give tips and advice if asked. I had a wonderful, long and thorough massage - it was great to feel my vertebrae popping back into alignment! - and I would thoroughly recommend Henry to any prospective swapees!
