| Although Charlieruns lives in Baltimore, he occasionally travels to DC and we were able to schedule a massage after he did a gym workout to get the most benefit from massage. He was in the "receive only" mode on this visit, has a great "practice body" and was very good at communicating areas for me to concentrate on as well as giving feedback throughout the massage as to pressure, type of strokes, stretching, etc. | |
