I am an enthusiast and would like to know more. I like what massage do to our body as it releases tension and do have that healing effect.
Have no formal training and have not consider taking any courses at the moment due to time constraints and no intention of being a professional. Did massage friends occassionally but not any formal bodywork, just the stuff I gather and know.
It is more of self interest and applying the knowledge.
