More About Me (Therapeutic Directory)
My "training," to use the word loosely, stems from martial arts practice. We learn a lot about pressure points/chi pathways/etc., and in the process we learn to use them in all sorts of ways. (I have attended martial arts seminars where we focused using these acupressure points for pain relief rather than inflicting pain.) I am good at locating key pressure points on most areas of the body. This skill can be used for the relief of muscle aches, headaches and pain management.
