I've learned through many years of massage exchanges with certified bodywork practitioners, done at spiritual retreats and through a massage exchange network.
I have a lot of experience in somatic and movement practices, which contributes to my intuitive touch and sense of presence with the body.
I don't have any formal massage training certificates, as I don't desire to be a professional masseur and courses are expensive. I have preferred to learn through doing and through exchanges.
The style of massage that I do is relaxing, not more medical forms like pressure point etc.
