I began receiving deep tissue massage 10 years ago. I benefit tremendously from weekly massages. While deployed to the Middle East I was treated and trained on body work by a special forces physical therapist. I trained with him weekly, learning pressure points and trigger point work. For my own benefit I had weekly massages on post. In those I experienced Swedish and Shrilankin techniques. For these 10 years I have been using the techniques on my partner. I am now studying non-traditional methods and through video instruction and training by my personal therapist have increased in skill. I look forward to a mutually pleasing experience with you!
