No formal experience, but I tend to give good massages, always with authentic interest in the other person and their body, and absolute respect for their needs and boundaries. I have most experience with (upper) back massages due to my own personal back problems, but I'm eager to explore. I sometimes use a massage gun, and I'm also curious to try some course in Thai massages (because those really are bliss!). On the receiving end, I like more firm massages, they feel like heaven, especially on the cramped muscles in my back/shoulders (yeah, office job).
