I used to be able to Give as much as I need, however, arthritis and lack of proper self care have made it difficult to use my hands, and arms, and elbow, and shoulders. I'm hoping for help healing this so I CAN give again, and NOT lose use of my arms due to lack of proper available simple car, as massage. ... I have had experience in Reiki (not really interested) I prefer hands on methods, most of what I know is self taught or learned from those learning.... pressure points, shiatsu, relaxation, muscle rubs. I was once certified in Infant massage, but aht was a long time ago.. maybe 15 yrs.. or more. I loved it tho , as did my (then infant) daughter. what else can I say? ask me anything...
