I am currently living and working in Edinburgh for 5 years. I am originally from India and I have gained a lot of knowledge on mind and body wellness. I was fortunate enough to spend 18 years of my life surrounded by yogis and gurus. I am very much aware of Ayurveda and how it can help improve your immune system and its benefits of it in the long run.
