Touch is a big passion of mine. In 1998 I had an Ayurvedic massage course in Varanasi, India. Then a course named "The art of touch" in Osho ashram in Pune. Since then I had numerous courses in festivals and workshops, and gave as many touch sessions as I could. I never chose to do it professionally, although I have a lot of experience, and get very good feedback. Along the time I learned to ask and value receiving more and more feedback during the sessions. I have much experience as an active meditation guide, mostly Osho meditations, and Humaniversity AUM (I am a certified AUM leader since 2003). I value creating a safe space of experience for the participants, and I take this quality into the sessions I give. Of course I enjoy getting touch myself, but giving seems to be much more available :)
