I've a passion for massage and I had some amateur classes (around 70 hours in 3 years) for sport massage, olistic, swedish, total body.
My massage is very plain, I don't use a specific technique but I mix, with the goal of relaxing and give some rest. I start from the feet up to the head on both sides.
I don't have any capabilities of terapist so in case of accidents or bones and muscolar problems I can't help.
