My professional training and qualification has included Swedish and Lomi Lomi massage, as well as other modalities, including Reiki, and also Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. I have also undertaken Dr Betty Martin's wonderful Wheel of Consent 'Like a Pro' training programme, which explores and gives clarity about consent and boundaries. I have run a private home-based therapy practice since I began professional training, initially with case-study clients then, post-qualification, regular and occasional clients. I have also worked with another professional therapist to devise our own system of four-handed massage. I love both giving and receiving massage and know that it is really beneficial.
