More About Me

Hi There, I practice Ayurvedic Massage and Reflexology. Both are deeply relaxing, restoring and therapeutic. I qualified in Reflexology in 2005 with additional training in Ayurvedic applications. I also completed an Ayurvedic head and body massage diploma in 2010. Working as a practitioner I find that I could do with a regular massage myself. Whilst I have some good self-massage techniques it just is not the same as being able to totally surrender and relax. Im hoping to meet fellow practitioners for regular massage exchanges.
