More About Me

I originally trained in Indian Head Massage whilst working as an activities coordinator in a local nursing home. I realised the importance of touch and the therapeutic effects and became very aware of the many health benefits. I have clients who are nurses and carers and I charge only to cover expenses as I feel the benefits of the therapy to the caring community is an extremely rewarding skill from me. I went on to also complete and NVQ3 in Hot stone Massage as this too is extremely relaxing and beneficial to the body. Again I do not charge any large amounts of money. I am keen to exchange therapies with a like minded practitioner as I am unable to pay large amounts of money for a treatment which would be beneficial to my health as I have some arthritis and suffer from muscle fatigue myself as I work also as an aux nurse which is a demanding job.
