Semi-Retired widower tip toeing onto my spiritual path. Just completed meditation class and reviewing potential next steps. Bulging l4-5, some stiffness in all major joints. Not very active and wish to get out and do more this year. Rural life, some farm work, gardening etc. Love spontaneous adventurous travel. Volunteer with a local animal rescue. No training in massage but want to learn. Basic medical training and experience. May prefer more mature provider/receiver. Many years ago was very active open water diver, hiker etc and enjoyed a good deep tissue massage. Believe most current tenseness caused by stress, sleeping wrong, overuse of underused muscles.
