I am a sports person actively involved in tennis, squash, running and gym work which means that my physique is toned and hard and my strength and stamina levels are pretty good.
Massage is a great way to relax and help the body re-energise and I love being massaged and also giving pleasurable massages!
I have had more massages than I have given so far but as an experienced massage subject, I reckon that I have a few good ideas as to what works and what doesn't! I have not had any formal massage training.
